The votes were counted during the 1/20/2022 annual members meeting by a select group of trusted TW owners. Each vote was verified against a list of each unit's voting designee and the lot number to be sure the proper person was casting the vote for the correct unit. This was done for the FLAG vote and the election of board members. Only the FLAG votes are discussed here.

There were 286 votes cast, or 78% of owners. The YES votes were 135 or 47% of cast votes and 37% of all owners. The NO votes were 151 or 53% of cast votes and 41% of all owners. The votes not cast were 80 or 22% of all owners.

As a foot note, only the YES votes counted. The NO and unvoted ballots had no effect. YES needed 45 more votes to reach a majority.
